बंगाल की खाड़ी में बन रहा चक्रवाती तूफान
IMD Weather Update: देश के कई हिस्सों में मौसम एक बार फिर करवट लेने वाला है. भारतीय मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने बंगाल की खाड़ी और अरब सागर में सक्रिय मौसम प्रणालियों को लेकर चेतावनी जारी की है. मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक 25 से 26 अक्टूबर के बीच पश्चिम-मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी में एक मजबूत चक्रवाती तूफान विकसित हो सकता है. इसके असर से दक्षिण और पूर्वी भारत के कई तटीय राज्यों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश देखने को मिल सकती है. विभाग ने लोगों से सतर्क रहने और मौसम संबंधी अपडेट पर नजर बनाए रखने की सलाह दी है.
पहाड़ों में बर्फबारी से मैदानी इलाकों में बदला मौसम
दूसरी ओर, उत्तर भारत के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में लगातार हो रही बर्फबारी का असर अब मैदानी राज्यों में भी महसूस किया जाने लगा है. ठंडी हवाओं के कारण तापमान में गिरावट दर्ज हो रही है और कई जगहों पर गुलाबी ठंड ने दस्तक दे दी है. लोगों को सुबह और रात के समय हल्की ठंड का एहसास होने लगा है.
पहाड़ी राज्यों में बारिश और बर्फबारी के आसार
IMD के अनुसार जम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख और उत्तराखंड में 25 अक्टूबर तथा 30 अक्टूबर को कुछ इलाकों में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हो सकती है. वहीं हिमाचल प्रदेश में भी 25 अक्टूबर को छिटपुट वर्षा की संभावना जताई गई है. ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्रों में बर्फबारी की गतिविधियां भी जारी रह सकती हैं.
दिल्ली-एनसीआर समेत उत्तर भारत में भी बदलेगा मौसम
मैदानी राज्यों की बात करें तो पंजाब, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ और दिल्ली में 28 एवं 29 अक्टूबर के दौरान गरज-चमक के साथ हल्की बारिश हो सकती है. पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में 29 और 30 अक्टूबर को बारिश की संभावना जताई गई है. वहीं पूर्वी राजस्थान में 25 अक्टूबर और फिर 29-30 अक्टूबर के दौरान वर्षा होने का अनुमान है. मौसम विभाग ने पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में 29-30 अक्टूबर के दौरान कई स्थानों पर भारी बारिश की आशंका भी जताई है.
कल इन राज्यों में होगी सबसे ज्यादा बारिश
मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के मुताबिक तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराईकल में मूसलाधार बारिश होने की संभावना है. केरल और माहे में भी भारी वर्षा का दौर जारी रह सकता है. कर्नाटक के कुछ हिस्सों में गरज-चमक के साथ तेज बारिश दर्ज की जा सकती है. वहीं लक्षद्वीप और उससे सटे दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर क्षेत्रों में भी व्यापक बारिश की गतिविधियां देखने को मिल सकती हैं.
मध्य भारत में भी बढ़ेगा बारिश का असर
पश्चिमी मध्य प्रदेश में 28 से 30 अक्टूबर के बीच और पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश में 28 अक्टूबर को बारिश होने की संभावना है. विदर्भ में 27 अक्टूबर तथा 29-30 अक्टूबर को वर्षा का अनुमान है. छत्तीसगढ़ में 27 से 30 अक्टूबर तक कई क्षेत्रों में बारिश का सिलसिला जारी रह सकता है. मौसम विभाग का कहना है कि 28 और 29 अक्टूबर के दौरान छत्तीसगढ़, विदर्भ और पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश में मौसम ज्यादा सक्रिय रहेगा, जिससे भारी बारिश की स्थिति बन सकती है.

(i) 26 अक्टूबर तक पश्चिम-मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी के ऊपर चक्रवाती तूफान बनने तथा इसके और तीव्र होने की संभावना के प्रभाव से तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश में 27 एवं 28 अक्टूबर को, ओडिशा और तेलंगाना में 28 अक्टूबर को कहीं-कहीं अत्यंत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है। इसके अतिरिक्त, ओडिशा में 27 एवं 29 अक्टूबर, 2026 को कहीं-कहीं भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है।
(ii) दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर तथा उससे सटे लक्षद्वीप क्षेत्र के ऊपर बने निम्न दबाव के क्षेत्र के प्रभाव से तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी एवं कराईकल में 24 एवं 25 अक्टूबर को तथा केरल एवं माहे में 25 एवं 26 अक्टूबर को कहीं-कहीं अत्यंत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है।

तेज हवाओं और बिजली गिरने का भी खतरा
27 से 29 अक्टूबर के दौरान छत्तीसगढ़, विदर्भ और पूर्वी मध्य प्रदेश में 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चल सकती हैं, जिनकी गति कुछ स्थानों पर 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक पहुंच सकती है. इसके साथ ही आकाशीय बिजली गिरने और गरज-चमक की घटनाएं भी हो सकती हैं. IMD ने इन इलाकों के लिए विशेष सतर्कता बरतने की सलाह दी है.
आंध्र प्रदेश, ओडिशा और तेलंगाना पर सबसे ज्यादा असर
मौसम विभाग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, बन रही चक्रवाती प्रणाली का सबसे ज्यादा प्रभाव तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश पर देखने को मिल सकता है. 27 और 28 अक्टूबर को यहां अत्यधिक भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है. 28 अक्टूबर को ओडिशा और तेलंगाना के कई हिस्सों में भी मूसलाधार बारिश दर्ज की जा सकती है. ओडिशा में 27 और 29 अक्टूबर को भी भारी से अति भारी बारिश का अनुमान लगाया गया है.

दक्षिण भारत में भी बारिश का कहर
दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर और लक्षद्वीप क्षेत्र के ऊपर बने कम दबाव के क्षेत्र का असर दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों पर पड़ रहा है. इसके चलते तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराईकल में 24 और 25 अक्टूबर को भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की गई है. वहीं केरल और माहे में 25 और 26 अक्टूबर को मूसलाधार वर्षा हो सकती है. बीते 24 घंटों में तमिलनाडु में 21 सेंटीमीटर से अधिक बारिश दर्ज की गई है, जो स्थिति की गंभीरता को दर्शाता है.
समुद्र में हालात रहेंगे खतरनाक
मौसम विभाग ने समुद्री क्षेत्रों के लिए भी चेतावनी जारी की है. विभाग के मुताबिक 26 अक्टूबर की सुबह तक बंगाल की खाड़ी में हवाओं की गति 70 से 80 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा रह सकती है, जबकि झोंकों के दौरान यह 90 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक पहुंच सकती है. इसके बाद 27 अक्टूबर से ओडिशा और आंध्र प्रदेश के तटीय इलाकों में भी 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की तेज हवाएं चलने की संभावना है.

लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह
विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि समुद्र में ऊंची लहरें उठने और खराब मौसम के चलते मछुआरों व तटीय क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को अतिरिक्त सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए. चक्रवाती तूफान के संभावित खतरे और कई राज्यों में भारी बारिश के पूर्वानुमान को देखते हुए प्रशासन भी अलर्ट मोड में आ गया है. आने वाले कुछ दिन मौसम के लिहाज से काफी अहम रहने वाले हैं.
